Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues.
- Commit to client retention, recruitment, and exceptional customer service.
- Gather assets for fee-based and traditional brokerage accounts.

- Maintain compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal regulations.
- Meet sales targets.

- Cultivate client relationships and build mutually beneficial connections.
- Adhere to compliance with all industry regulations.
- Deliver presentations for new prospects and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Identify and strengthen relationships with clients and prospects.
- Possess knowledge of a diverse range of financial products and services.
- Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research to support financial consulting decisions.
- Network, generate leads, and pursue opportunities to sell mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
- Series 7, 66 or 63 and 65 licenses.
- Proven experience as a financial advisor, planner, specialist, or in a similar role.
- Consistent record of successful financial guidance.
- Ability to analyze market data to provide informed, data-driven financial advice.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with all data.
- Highly articulate, capable of explaining complex information clearly and simply.
- Self-motivated with a strong understanding of various financial products and services (debt management, cash management, insurance, investments, etc.).
