Specific rules apply for roles under bargaining unit agreements regarding placement within the salary range.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in executive management within a healthcare organization
  • Advanced knowledge of health care delivery, strategic planning, financial management, and program development
  • Expertise in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to establish metrics for operational excellence
  • Proficiency in budget development, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in health care administration and leadership
  • Experience in matrix organizational structures and working with labor unions


Preferred Qualifications
  • MD or RN credentials preferred
  • Advanced degree in related field
  • 15+ years of business operations management experience
