**Pay Rate:** $21

Perform soldering, wiring, crimping.

Skilled in reading, interpreting, and executing instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products.

Capable of constructing and testing wire harness connection.

Proficient in using various hand tools and fixtures.

Conducts quality spot checks on products to maintain adherence to specified standards.

Promptly reports any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Able to rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.

**Best Vs Average:**

Soldering or previous IPC certifications are ideal candidate.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 2 years of assembly experience
