Job Overview

Position Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with potential overtime, including weekends.

Compensation: $21-$23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble complex mechanical components and subassemblies with precision.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively, including screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and rivet guns.
  • Verify the accuracy of parts and materials before and during the assembly process, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to facilitate the assembly workflow.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all assembly and inspection activities.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment, participating in safety training and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
  • Keep accurate records of assembly procedures and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively to provide updates and resolve any assembly-related issues.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and care of assembly tools and equipment.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain quality standards.
  • Exhibit excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for assembling small components.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ideal candidates will have a background in both mechanical and basic electromechanical assembly.
