Responsibilities:

  • Provide building maintenance and perform odd jobs
  • Maintain upkeep of the building and grounds
  • Maintain air/heating systems, minor plumbing repairs, and carpentry work
  • Collect and dispose of waste from offices and common areas
  • Install/remove air conditioner units, window blinds, and hang pictures
  • Remove/Move furniture and equipment
  • Repair ceiling and wall, prep for painting, and painting
  • Keeping the handicap ramp drain clear of paper, leaves, etc.
  • Maintain the grounds including removal of snow if needed
  • Check/change light bulbs
  • Maintain upkeep of exterior area, green space, and parking lot
  • Pickup paper to be shredded
  • Deliver cases of coper paper to designated areas
  • Load transport items, beverages, and other supplies for special events or meetings
  • Clean stairwells, offices, and other areas of the building which includes sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping,
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, stand on a ladder, push, pull, reach. and stretch
  • Skilled use of hand and power tools
  • Experience with precision measuring
  • Experience with maintenance, carpentry, janitorial, and HVAC a PLUS
