The Learning and Development Manager will create a global framework that cultivates learning opportunities for our team.

You will:
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs (on-going gap analysis)
Define and develop people development programs in collaboration with the HR team, and cross-functional and regional stakeholders.

Create and implement highly effective and innovative learning opportunities, including digitized content, individualized learning paths, and team skill set development.

Provide functional expertise regarding learning management systems.
Create and evangelize success metrics/dashboards.

What you will bring:
Bachelor's Degree; at least 5 years of related experience delivering programs in technology and corporate environments
Working knowledge of e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (Absorb a plus)

Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience:
planning, execution, and performance/monitoring.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop recommendations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking virtual/global environment.
Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
Can do, roll up sleeves' attitude.
Certifications in Adult Learning, Organizational development or equivalent
