Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and structured weekly classes that promote child development and provide a safe and creative learning environment.
  • Work primarily at our Wilmington location, leading kids through various activities and games that foster their growth and development.
  • Follow weekly lesson plans and adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers programming.
  • Set up, clean up, and maintain the field to ensure a positive experience for children and parents.
  • Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events to promote the Lil' Kickers brand.
  • Complete and attend all scheduled Lil' Kickers training to enhance your coaching skills.
  • Work consistent shifts throughout each session, including weekend mornings, to ensure a high rate of customer retention.
  • Make customer care calls each session to ensure parents are satisfied with their child's experience.
