Lil' Kickers of Danvers/Wilmington is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional on-field experience to children aged 18 months to 12 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and structured weekly classes that promote child development and provide a safe and creative learning environment.
- Work primarily at our Wilmington location, leading kids through various activities and games that foster their growth and development.
- Follow weekly lesson plans and adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers programming.
- Set up, clean up, and maintain the field to ensure a positive experience for children and parents.
- Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events to promote the Lil' Kickers brand.
- Complete and attend all scheduled Lil' Kickers training to enhance your coaching skills.
- Work consistent shifts throughout each session, including weekend mornings, to ensure a high rate of customer retention.
- Make customer care calls each session to ensure parents are satisfied with their child's experience.
