Responsibilities:

This position may be for a Kitchen Manager, Guest Services Manager, or People Department Manager. Prior McDonald's experience as a Department Manager is a must to qualify.

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a quick, accurate, friendly service on every visit.
  • Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Delegate tasks, set goals, follow up, and report outcomes to the team and other managers.
