Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, train and mentor associates on front-end principles, and assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritize as needed, and communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
  • Training and Development: Partner with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness, and provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multi-tasking, strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, and a team player with the ability to train others.
