Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, budget, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • 4+ years of management experience in housekeeping and laundry operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of leading a large in-house housekeeping department.
  • Full knowledge of budgeting, inventory controls, and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of people and associates.
