Assumes the responsibility for the provision of spiritual care services to patient/families/caregivers through the coordination of care with spiritual counselors within the healthcare network.

Maintains the planning and coordinating of the bereavement program and offers bereavement services to families, caregivers, and hospital staff.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree obtained through a formal 4-year program

Experience- Essential:Five Years of related experience

Special Training:
Bereavement and crisis intervention preferred
