Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field (preferred).
* Certification as a Chaplain or in Pastoral Care (preferred).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in counseling or spiritual care is a plus.
* Ability to work with individuals from diverse religious backgrounds.
