As an Advertising Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, acting as the primary coordinator for advertising campaigns between the Sales teams, Operations teams and the client, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of advertising solutions, upselling clients on relevant products and services to drive results for their business, and keeping a close eye on advertising campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, interfacing with internal Account Executives and external clients to make sure campaigns are launched timely and accurately, making changes as needed to drive maximum results.
  2. Revenue Analysis: Investigate invoice questions and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions related to advertising initiatives, campaigns, and billing, and responding back to clients.
  3. Data Management: Pull advertising information proactively and on request, such as historical data on client advertising spend, former contract levels, and tactics used to support sales efforts and client meetings effectively, and use data to inform, upsell and create new sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  4. Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the campaign lifecycle. Client facing experience and ability to upsell, and consult is a must for this role.
  5. Reporting: Pull campaign reporting monthly,summarize reports and share with reps and/or clients.
  6. Digital Advertising Proficiency: Possess advanced understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Programmatic campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, process and data-driven environment with multiple layers from tactic to execution, to billing, all while keeping peers and clients on task with timely and relevant data and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising Account Management or a similar role.
  • Extremely Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advertising and billing systems, CRM software and an aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
