About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at HHHunt. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting Systems: Implement and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and policies to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders, including property managers and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
