POSITION SUMMARY
Democracy Fund is looking for a motivated Program Associate to support the work of the Just & Inclusive Society (JIS) program. The JIS program backs organizations that reimagine American society and confront democracy challenges. This role involves implementing grantmaking strategy, building relationships with grantees, and project management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review grant application materials
  • Prepare grant, sponsorship, and amendment agreements
  • Analyze grant and portfolio data
  • Engage with grantees via meetings and site visits
  • Monitor grantee developments and impact metrics
  • Contribute to organizational strategy and learning activities
  • Support field-building convenings

SALARY
Starting at $87,270 per year.
