Description

Recruiting is the heart of everything we do. Our recruiters are responsible for developing relationships with medical professionals interested in physician or advanced practice positions. This includes sourcing new candidates and screening/matching candidates to open medical facility positions. You'll also continue to build relationships with your providers and be their primary contact to Recruiting Resources - providing them with a positive and rewarding travel experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Source new providers via cold calling, web posting, job boards, job fairs, referrals, social media, and contacts.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified providers.
  • Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and interviewers.
  • Address candidate questions, concerns, and inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop relationships to understand the candidates skillset, requirements, and personalities.
  • Interview and matching each candidate with a complementary role.
  • Negotiate the assignment/placement details.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Ability to meet weekly performance metrics.
Requirements

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, including different healthcare roles and their qualifications.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation packages in the healthcare sector.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
Education and Experience:
  • 2 + years of industry experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
