Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our new business development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in acquiring new B2B customers, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic business opportunities. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in coaching and guiding the sales team to achieve their targets and contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a new business development sales team
- Implement strategies to enhance pipelines and generate new business leads
- Acquire new clients and expand market reach
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Develop a robust business development strategy and network
- Lead the team in converting opportunities into revenue
- Provide expert guidance on prospecting and sales processes
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales/business development experience
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Proven track record in exceeding revenue quotas
- Experience in the staffing, legal, or pharmaceutical industries
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
