The position also entails supervising the daily logistics of the park's entertainment programs.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage annual budgets for entertainment offerings
  • Ensure high quality and creative direction of performances
  • Maintain show quality and equipment
  • Operate park-curated entertainment experiences
  • Provide audio/visual support for events
  • Oversee character interactions and costume equipment
  • Assist with festival setups and strikes

Employee Relations:

  • Supervise show/activity operations staff
  • Lead in hiring, training, and supervising Entertainment Personnel
  • Foster an open and caring work environment
  • Resolve conflicts and develop employees
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures
  • Participate in staff meetings and special projects
  • Perform other assigned duties

  • Continuous standing and walking for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Tolerance to extreme weather conditions
  • Attendance in training sessions
  • Ability to handle stress during peak times
