Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our venues. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, developing and implementing culinary strategies, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute culinary strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of culinary professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent food quality, presentation, and service
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize labor and food costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and national vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients and products
  • Monitor and analyze business metrics to drive performance and maximize profit
Requirements
  • 3+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or entertainment management experience
  • 2+ recent years as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment
  • Ability to manage a diverse work environment and lead by example
  • High school diploma or equivalent
