Exciting Opportunity at Senior Lifestyle Corporation
Position Summary:
This role focuses on overseeing the clinical operations of the Skilled Nursing Department to ensure the holistic care of all residents while potentially overseeing other team members, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing. The pay range also includes a $2.00 shift differential for night shifts.

Essential Functions:
  • Conduct medication supervision and administration in compliance with regulations
  • Offer health-related consultations within the community
  • Communicate promptly on resident health changes
  • Respond rapidly to emergencies
  • Maintain close interdepartmental communication
  • Uphold resident confidentiality
  • Participate in Safety & Disaster Plan
  • Facilitate educational sessions for residents and staff
  • Attend mandatory training and meetings
  • Promote a safe working environment
  • Exhibit professionalism towards residents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:
Educational Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or Two years of relevant experience
Area of Study:
Nursing
Years of Experience: at least 1 year in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
Special Certifications:
Must possess a current Registered Nurse's License with CPR certification
Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Technical Competencies:
Basic computer skills

Skills and Ability:
  • Effective team player with strong multitasking skills

Supervisory Authority:
This role manages clinical line staff including caregivers and/or med techs.
