Role Responsibilities
- Current shifts primarily include night hours (7PM-7AM) on weekends, with occasional day shifts (7A-7P).
- Oversee medication management and administration in accordance with Federal & State regulations and company policies.
- Provide health-related guidance and support within the community.
- Communicate any changes in resident health to physicians and family members, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring resident safety.
- Foster open communication with all departments and team members.
- Uphold the confidentiality of resident information.
- Conduct educational sessions for residents and staff to promote health awareness.
- Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Possesses a valid Registered Nurse's License in the practicing state.
- Holds current CPR certification.
- Brings at least one year of experience in a clinical nursing environment.
- Exhibits the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Displays strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of resolving practical issues and adapting to high-pressure situations.
- Maintains a friendly and approachable demeanor towards residents and colleagues.
