Position Summary
- This role primarily involves night shifts (7PM-7AM) on weekends, with occasional day shifts (7A-7P).
- Oversee medication management and administration within the Assisted Living Department, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Provide health-related guidance and support to residents and their families.
- Alert healthcare providers and family members regarding any changes in resident health status, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, prioritizing resident safety.
- Foster effective communication across all departments and staff.
- Uphold the confidentiality of resident information.
- Conduct educational sessions for both residents and staff members.
- Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a supportive demeanor.
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse's License in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical nursing environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and managing stress in dynamic situations.
- Maintain a positive and approachable attitude towards residents and colleagues.
