Responsible for overseeing all operational aspects to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, employee morale, financial performance, and revenue growth. Collaborates with the General Manager to develop and execute property-wide strategies in line with brand standards. Fosters relationships with key customers and actively participates in sales activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educational Background and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related roles.

OR

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related roles.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations and Finance Oversight

• Ensure adherence to brand standards across all departments.

• Supervise team members to meet brand expectations.

• Manage all property departments effectively.

• Uphold Fair Treatment and Open Door policies.

• Implement and maintain key control protocols.

• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and safety regulations.

• Manage financial functions and activities, including accounts, payroll, and audits.

• Analyze financial and performance data to guide decision-making.

• Support team in scheduling and staff management.

• Conduct Quality audits in line with company standards.

Team Management and Development

• Support and mentor employees proactively.

• Lead by example and set performance expectations.

• Provide coaching and feedback to supervisors.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

Enhancing Guest Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.

• Motivate staff to address guest concerns effectively.

• Anticipate and respond to changing guest needs.

• Help employees exceed guest expectations.

Human Resources Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough orientation for new team members.

• Address employee concerns promptly and effectively.

Offered Salary Range: $63,000 to $78,000 annually. In addition, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and more.
