Maintain vendor relationships and compliance to all SOPs within the distribution network. Perform numerous site visits to track performance and maintains continuity throughout the overall distribution operation
Monitor monthly costs and expenditures to ensure targets and goals that are established are executed within the company standards. Continuously develop strategies and actions plans to reduce waste and drive efficiencies
Establish measurement metrics and sets performance targets for distribution‐related functions that align with company objectives for vendors
Implement data‐driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies.

Collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure strategies and processes are aligned with the overall company objectives and directives.

Ensure that all internal distribution centers adhere to the documented company safety standards in conjunction, to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other government regulations.


Position Requirements:

Education:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Supply Chain Operations, WarehouseOperations or similar field of study

Experience:
More than 7 years of experience in Logistics, More than 7 years of experience in Warehouse Operations

Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with SAP ECC, Transportation ManagementSystems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
