Our primary goal is to aid individuals aged 18-24 as they transition from foster care by providing the necessary resources and backing to flourish as adults.

The role of Housing Clinical Director is crucial in fulfilling this objective.
The

Housing Clinical Director


is tasked with supervising the creation and execution of therapeutic case management strategies customized for young adults aging out of foster care within the framework of permanent supportive housing (PSH).

This individual will have a central role in establishing the case management program from its inception, guaranteeing the provision of top-notch services and adherence to financial guidelines.


Qualifications for this position:

  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and as a visionary.
Posession of a Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) is highly desirable

  • Thorough knowledge of therapeutic case management principles and methodologies
  • Experience in structuring programs, ensuring compliance, and managing billing procedures
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing services via Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) models
  • Familiarity with Tenncare and Medicaid-funded service programs
  • Active Driver's License
  • Documentation of Vehicle Insurance and Access to Reliable Transportation
