Our Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Program Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Lacuna Autism Services in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical programs
  • Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Have ultimate responsibility for the clinical programs in your region
  • Make high-level decisions impacting the operations of your region
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments)
  • Develop and implement parent training and support programs
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans
  • Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A desire to pursue superior services
