Position Overview

IV Nutrition, LLC is in search of a committed professional to fill the role of Clinic Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and evaluate client treatment and wellness, including initiating IV therapies, administering fluids, and guiding clients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, therapy services, assessments, and treatment responses.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, including candidate selection and staff development.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on established procedures and client education.
  • Inspire and motivate staff to enhance productivity and align with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of trust and respect among team members and clients efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Associate's Degree in Nursing or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program; current and valid license required.
  • KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and Medical Practice Functions.
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years in Vascular Access or Infusion, along with 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • SKILLS: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, customer service orientation, patient confidentiality, applied leadership, multitasking abilities, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, time management, independent judgment, resilience, organization, and flexibility.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role involves working eight to ten hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as necessary. The work setting is a climate-controlled clinic with adequate lighting.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • REASONING: Ability to manage various variables with limited standardization and establish credibility.
  • MATH: Strong numerical skills; ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
  • LANGUAGE: Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting medical documents, with clear communication skills.
