Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and evaluate client treatment plans, ensuring the administration of IV therapies and monitoring of patient progress throughout their service experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including therapy discussions, assessments, and treatment responses.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, including candidate selection and staff development.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on operational procedures and client education.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve productivity aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of trust and respect among team members and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: An Associate's Degree in Nursing or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program; current and valid licensure is required.
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and a solid understanding of Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and Healthcare Operations.
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 2 years in Vascular Access or Infusion roles; at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, customer service orientation, patient confidentiality, leadership capabilities, multitasking, effective training skills, self-motivation, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, time management, independent judgment, resilience, organization, and flexibility.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role involves working eight to ten hour shifts during weekdays, with occasional weekend duties. The work setting is a climate-controlled clinic with appropriate lighting.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • REASONING ABILITY: Capable of addressing various variables with limited standardization while establishing credibility and making decisive choices.
  • MATHEMATICAL ABILITY: Strong numerical skills; capable of performing basic arithmetic operations with whole numbers and fractions.
  • LANGUAGE ABILITY: Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting medical documentation, with the ability to communicate effectively.
