We are looking for an Employee Development Specialist to join our team in North Charleston, SC. As part of the team, you will play a key role in developing our workforce and enhancing their skills in various areas of expertise.

  • Perform as an instructor in specialized content areas such as Seal, Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Quality, Systems, and more
  • Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer through teaching, team coaching, and performance tracking
  • Customize learning programs and courses to meet training requirements
  • Emphasize safety precautions in all training sessions
  • Conduct assessments, recommend improvements, and provide technical assistance in manufacturing, assembly, and operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative training enhancements and support projects
  • Coach and develop less experienced instructors

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


- Experience in adult education


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace manufacturing

- 3+ years of experience working with detailed work instructions, blueprints, and drawings

- Experience in Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.

- Coaching and developing others

- Professional certification(s) in aerospace manufacturing and lean principles
