Overview:

We are looking for a courteous and professional Reception Specialist to enhance our guest experience at Lexima. The Reception Specialist will be tasked with overseeing bookings, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or requests guests may have throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bookings and manage guest check-in and check-out processes using a digital management system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, including arranging tours or making dining reservations.
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and distributing room keys.
  • Field phone calls and respond to online requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support the organization and setup of events and meetings.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning surfaces and replenishing supplies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a front desk role or customer service position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a busy workload.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and reservation management tools.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
