Overview:

We are looking for a courteous and efficient Reception Specialist to enhance our guest experience at Lexima. The Reception Specialist will oversee bookings, facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, and cater to any inquiries or requests during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee reservations and manage guest check-in and check-out using a digital system.
  • Address guest inquiries, including arranging tours or securing dining reservations.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes, managing payments and distributing room keys.
  • Respond to phone calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and poise.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks, such as sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a front desk role or customer service position is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and a high-volume workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and reservation management tools.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
