Overview: We are looking for a courteous and efficient Reception Specialist to enhance our guest experience at Lexima. The Reception Specialist will oversee bookings, facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, and cater to any inquiries or requests during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reservations and manage guest check-in and check-out using a digital system.
- Address guest inquiries, including arranging tours or securing dining reservations.
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes, managing payments and distributing room keys.
- Respond to phone calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
- Address guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and poise.
- Perform light cleaning tasks, such as sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Prior experience in a front desk role or customer service position is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a high-volume workload effectively.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and reservation management tools.
