Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Highway Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to Construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and managing resources. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in industry software
  • A degree in the relevant field
  • Working with Million dollar budgets
  • Experience creating RFI's
  • Has managed DOT. Preferred from OH DOT, WV or PA
  • Strong procurement and budgeting skills
  • Ability to effectively manage resources and timelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and project management principles
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in mechanical engineering or project management
