Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or Supply Chain
- Identify, Source, Evaluate and Recommend new Suppliers based on quality, price, production capacity, and on-time delivery.
- Process purchase orders in ERP system and confirm with Suppliers to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Monitor purchase orders to ensure Compliance with terms and conditions quality, negotiated price, product labeling, and on-time delivery.
- Participate in the review of supplier contracts and private label agreements.
- Verify that product labels and export documentations comply with Mexico import Rules and Regulations.
- Maintain good customer service and establish effective working relationships with customer, vendors, custom brokers, service providers and government entities.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
