CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:
- Specialist role in Factory Manufacturing Excellence (ME) to drive the implementation of Local Leadership Team (LLT) improvement strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in defining, aligning, and executing the LLT Execution Plan.
- Collaborate in crafting LLT improvement strategies focusing on Factory OMP, loss analysis, and planned KPI progression.
- Facilitate alignment on Execution Plans with LLT and stakeholders for effective cascade throughout the Business Unit.
- Support LLT in implementing improvement plans, including NCE rollout, key projects, and competency building activities.
- Provide guidance and feedback to enhance execution plans based on shop floor evaluations and identification of opportunities.
SUPERVISION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires autonomy in achieving general results, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent practical experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing with exposure to Factory Management and Lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in cultural change management, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Experience in project management, finance basics, and use of key data systems.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in TPM and other continuous improvement methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Change Management principles and Project Management.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and finance concepts.
- Communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
