The Opportunity

Are you a dynamic, proactive individual with a passion for maintenance and utilities? We are seeking a Utilities Supervisor to join our team.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations, ensuring that our facility is up to the required standards and our utilities equipment is well-maintained.

This permanent position will report to the Cheese Plant Manager and duties include but are not limited to the following;
Organize, schedule, and assign all work on utilities equipment.
Maintain the plant's utilities equipment and facilities.
Supervise and direct utilities personnel.
Develop solutions to plant-related problems.
Conduct audits to ensure SOP compliance.
Provide performance coaching to the Utilities Technicians.
Maintain records, files, instruction manuals, and necessary parts and supplies for all plant utility equipment.
Responsible for work order disbursement and completion in SAP.
The Skills you will bring to the team

Associate's Degree in maintenance or related field; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and customers in a professional, honest, and transparent manner.
Implement process improvements and procedural changes that eliminate non-value added activities and drive more business value.
Assist with the training of new team members and ensure new hires develop proficiency of role.
Proactively engage to support our customer needs and strive to meet or exceed SLA timelines.
Meet or exceed all key metrics in line with expectations for the role.
