Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Lead the preparation and service of food items, including cooking, portioning, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train food service staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food meets our high standards, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of food service experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Certifications: Serve Safe certification required.
