What you will do:
  • Receive service calls and diagnose equipment malfunctions
  • Perform repairs on fire alarm systems and related building products
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in on-call rotation and mentor other team members


What we look for:
  • 10+ years experience in electrical systems
  • Valid Fire Alarm License
  • Ability to read blueprints and manuals
  • Knowledge of test equipment and tools
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Physical capabilities for the job
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed


This position at Johnson Controls International plc. offers a competitive hourly range of $32.00 USD - $40.00 USD based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package is included.
