What you will do:
- Receive service calls and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Perform repairs on fire alarm systems and related building products
- Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in on-call rotation and mentor other team members
What we look for:
- 10+ years experience in electrical systems
- Valid Fire Alarm License
- Ability to read blueprints and manuals
- Knowledge of test equipment and tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical capabilities for the job
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed
