Marketing Manager

Asset Living is seeking a dynamic person to join the marketing department as a Marketing Manager. This portfolio will consist of properties in throughout the Southeast and interaction will be with multiple clients.
Ideal candidates will have
2-4 years of multifamily marketing experience , willingness to occasionally travel, ability to motivate a leasing team, have a desire for innovation and creativity, strong verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter, organized and must possess strong computer skills including knowledge of Yardi.
RESPONSIBILITES:
⢠Development and implementation of monthly marketing plans, weekly marketing reports/summaries.
⢠Be responsible for the development, management, execution and benchmarking of leasing campaigns.
⢠Create abstract and innovative ways to attract new residents/retain current ones.
⢠Responsible for coordinating community outreach marketing.
⢠Respond to social media mentions and reputation management reviews.
⢠Review market absorption rates, new units coming into submarkets and prepare a plan of attack to address new competition.
⢠Cross-reference ILS, Yardi and Google Analytics reports.
⢠Benchmark reporting based on brand standards.
⢠Conduct property inspections quarterly for respective markets.
⢠Work with Regional team to analyze ROI, Google Analytics and benchmark reporting to make recommendations.
⢠Shop competing assets to stay aware of current market trends.
⢠Provide a support system for the leasing team to assist with leasing goals and goal accountability.
⢠Attend marketing functions as needed.
⢠Identify training needs for onsite teams.
⢠Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
⢠Support and assist in new acquisitions and dispositions.
⢠Assist with rollout of programs and systems such as Rent CafÃ, Power Pro, CRM, Knock, etc.
⢠Assist with initial set up of and ongoing maintenance of social media accounts, email templates, Craigslist HTML templates, websites, resident portals and other on-line tools.
⢠Assist with design of collateral materials.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
⢠Yardi experience is a plus.
⢠Knowledge of revenue management systems like LRO and/or Yieldstar.
⢠Knowledge and use of all relevant social media platforms.
⢠Publisher or Adobe InDesign experience is a plus.
