Under direction of the Manager Revenue Realization this position is responsible for researching, verifying and capturing revenue leakage through analysis of current customer contracts and use of core systems (SteriWorks, S4, and Salesforce).
Key Job Activities:
Attend manager-led cross functional meetings to solution and capture various sources of revenue leakage
- As outlined by manager, support new and existing revenue realization initiatives based on proactive and reactive business needs
- Investigate root causes of revenue leakage through thorough review of customer contracts
- Populate existing reports with relevant customer and/or contract information in support of manager defined goals and tasks
- Research for review and discussion with manager areas of suspected revenue leakage in existing customer contracts
- Using processes put in place by manager, quantify the expected impacts of various sources of revenue leakage
- Collaborate with manager to identify the legal ability to resolve loss of entitled revenue by reviewing customer contracts
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office products
- Experience reading or reviewing contracts
- Demonstrated the ability to meet project deadlines and establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with multiple constituents and provide informal influence on to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrates the ability to function independently, initiate/drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and resolve problems without direction. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and escalate to leadership as appropriate.
