Role Overview: Bellarmine College Preparatory is seeking an Assistant to the Principal to provide crucial administrative support to the school's leadership team. This role entails serving as the primary point of contact for the school community, handling various administrative tasks, and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team by drafting communications and managing office operations.
  • Manage databases, prepare presentations, and oversee videoconferencing.
  • Coordinate academic events and assist in emergency preparedness duties.
  • Complete reporting requirements and facilitate travel arrangements for the leadership team.
  • Conduct research, maintain records, and balance competing priorities efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting senior executives is a plus.

Education and Physical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree desired; ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and navigate the working environment comfortably.
