This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon's current flexible work guidance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Management of complex calendar scheduling across multiple and global locations.
- Manage domestic and international travel.
- Manage expense report coordination and submission.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, onsites/offsites, team social events, etc.)
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Act as a liaison for direct reports.
- Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
- Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale.
- Review and copyedit documents, communications, and presentations with accuracy.
- Support and manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company.
- Travel may be required up to 10%
