COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $17.50, reflecting Aramark's current good faith estimate.


**Job Responsibilities**

  • Directs daily tasks for the food service team and oversees task completion
  • Trains staff on responsibilities, food safety, customer service, etc.
  • Prepares food items following standardized recipes and guidelines
  • Ensures proper food storage and adherence to safety policies
  • Sets up workstations and maintains cleanliness
  • Serves customers, replenishes stock, and maintains guest satisfaction
  • Enforces alcohol service policies, including age verification
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive demeanor
  • Adheres to safety protocols, protecting company assets


**Qualifications**

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Prior food service experience necessary
  • Ability to obtain food safety certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic accounting and inventory management knowledge
  • Willingness to accept change and feedback
  • Ability to build effective relationships
