Job Description

Title: Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator

Location: Northlake, IL

Terms: Direct hire

Salary: $65k-$70k/yr

Job Duties:
  • Leading the charge with Excellence System supporting all departments with the implementation and maintenance progress within the System Framework.
  • Manage and Coordinate Daily improvement reporting ensuring accuracy and relevance of data, aligned to business needs, and assisting with setting a platform for improvement.
  • Manage projects ensuring deadlines and objectives are met/exceeded as identified as part of a Process Improvement review cycle in line with the tools and methodologies.
  • Provide monthly updates/reports to the entire Adelaide business regarding key projects and initiatives including the CI progression.
  • Identify and update the documentation to support changes i.e., SW, WI's and OPL's, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience/knowledge of continue improvement methodologies
