Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team at Sygna LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Layout Management: Develop and manage master layouts for production projects, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
  • Facilities Engineering: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, air, water, and structural systems, as well as equipment installation.
  • Capital Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful execution of capital projects, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Possess extensive experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft O365 applications, and other relevant software.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 10 years in project layout management, facilities engineering, and capital project management.
