Work Now Staffing is looking to hire an Client Relations Coordinator / Sales for our Fort Myers client.

Pay: $50,000 per year plus commission

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, but may have to work extra hours

Position Summary:

  • Promote our services enthusiastically to build a strong client pipeline
  • Target and secure new business opportunities aligned with our strategic offerings
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to develop a robust new business portfolio driving sales
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to foster business growth and exceed sales targets
  • Utilize proactive approaches to drive revenue growth within the commercial sector
  • Operate both in and out of the office and be free to drive your own sales and commissions

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant business development experience, preferably in the property services, construction, or property management sectors
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Client Relations
  • You have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Expertise in securing face-to-face meetings through direct engagements and networking
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs
  • Existing network within commercial and multifamily property management, insurance, hospitality, or construction industries are highly advantageous

Additional Prerequisites:

  • Proven track record of outside sales with the ability to provide references.
  • Regularly engage with sales management for professional development
  • Active participation in networking events to enhance business opportunities
  • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel as needed
