Position Overview:


In the role of Sales Branch Representative (typically 20-29 hrs/wk, 1st shift hours), you will provide solutions and effectively engage with walk-in clients by utilizing your expertise, knowledge, and a positive demeanor.

You will enhance sales opportunities, foster customer loyalty, and surpass customer expectations. Throughout your day, you will transition from assisting clients to performing various warehouse responsibilities. You will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete customer experience. This encompasses appropriate product selection, precise order entry, safe product picking, and secure loading of customer vehicles.
Identify opportunities to maximize sales and promote customer loyalty.
Adjust communication style to suit different audiences in person, over the phone, or via email.
Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders/shipping products.
Prepare customer backorders and organize incoming stock.
Assist with merchandising and perform showroom restocking.
Conduct inventory counts.
Learn and navigate various computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
Perform housekeeping duties to ensure the branch meets company standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all operational standards, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Your Qualifications:
Flexibility to work during branch operational hours.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance.
Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
