Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant or Manager to join the Pacific Northwest Business Unit (Seattle, Washington, Vancouver, Washington, or Portland, Oregon).

Your new role

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will join our team of scientists and engineers located in and associated with our Seattle, Washington office, or working remotely from Vancouver, Washington or Portland, Oregon.


Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
Provide technical analysis of complicated site contamination and regulatory compliance issues and prepare technical reports that effectively communicate findings.
Evaluate remedial alternatives and develop remedial action plans and cost estimates considering client needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory environment.

Prepare technical analyses and write reports that effectively communicate findings, including in support of consulting and testifying experts on environmental litigation matters.

Assess emerging contaminant risks and impacts for sites and portfolios of sites.
Support the assessment, valuation, management and reporting of environmental liabilities.

Draw upon prior experience to provide advisory support to industry, government, and legal clients, helping them to achieve better, more sustainable outcomes.

Critically review and interpret environmental regulations.
Lead and conduct multiple projects simultaneously and meet high quality standards on project deliverables.
Take on leadership roles in supporting internal and external clients.
Demonstrate leadership in implementing corporate health and safety standards.
Leverage experience and skill set to support training of other team members.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desire to work in a collaborative environment with other technical experts locally or in other offices
Ability to understand the big picture while maintaining attention to detail and quality control
