Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Civil Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, managing team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Exceed client expectations by delivering projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns
- Team Management
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects
- Assign tasks and schedules to team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
- Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure continued business growth
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
- Skills
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Specific design experience with planning, site layout, landscaping, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control
- Familiarity with entitlement processes and local permitting regulations
