The department is currently looking for a motivated individual to join as a Senior Business Analyst for the Family Assistance Administration (FAA) Systems unit.

This role involves supporting computer applications for programs like Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medical Assistance (MA), and the Division's OnBase Enterprise Document Management System (DMS). The responsibilities include leading or participating in large project teams, coordinating vendor activities, analyzing business processes, conducting testing activities, and managing vendor-driven automation projects. The position may also offer the opportunity for remote work within Arizona based on business needs.

Job Duties:

  • Work independently or collaboratively to administer the DMS System for DBME.
  • Develop SQL reports based on targeted indicators to ensure data integrity.
  • Support Proofs of Concept, analyze accessibility issues, and develop business requirements.
  • Assess system performance, troubleshoot issues, and update policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate on large projects such as Modernization, IVR, Portal, RPA, Cloud, BOTS, and DMS.
  • Identify and document issues, create Test Plans, and train staff on the DMS platform.
  • Deliver organized presentations and training materials for various audiences.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Skills in testing activities, electronic document imaging support, problem-solving, and negotiation.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively, analyze data, and maintain confidentiality.

Selective Preference(s):

  • Basic Knowledge of programs like SNAP, TANF, MA.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework and document Management Systems used by FAA.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

If the position requires driving, background check, Level One fingerprint clearance card, and E-Verify are mandatory.
