Manager, Off Premise Account Lead

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Moët Hennessy, the prestigious Wines and Spirits Division of LVMH. As an Off-Premise Account Lead Manager, you will play a vital role in representing the company, nurturing account relationships, and driving sales and visibility goals in Houston.

  • Sells in MH brands/products, selecting relevant activations/programs/tactics for each account

Account Management:
- Identifies opportunities for custom programs and brand education
- Visits accounts to maintain relationships and monitor performance
- Acts as a consultant on portfolio opportunities and growth strategies
- Leads trade advocacy initiatives and maintains relationships with key accounts
- Collaborates with distributor sales reps for support
- Ensures account needs are met and implemented within brand guidelines
- Develops long-term account partnerships and programming
- Communicates opportunities and risks to market leads
- Participates in market activities and distributor education

Relationship Management:
- Translates channel strategy into account-specific plans
- Works with Field Trade Marketing & Experiential Development for program execution
- Partners with Distributor for order fulfillment

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
Professional Experience: 5+ years in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong sales background and customer-centric approach
- Ability to analyze ROI and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent influencing and partnering skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and syndicated data analysis
- Experience in customer management within a specific territory
- Understanding of the three-tier system
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
